The inquisitive and sly Doghan Daguis species function in inseparable groups of three, a tactical development that’s steeped in their culture and DNA. Much like this interdependent species, Côtes du Rhône also requires a blend of three specific grapes: Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. In this vibrant example (composed of 70% Syrah, 15% Grenache and 15% Carignan), the three varieties blended together produce the region’s trademark flavors of red plum and blueberry, with a tannic structure keeping the wine focused and energized. It’s a tantalizing combination that’s as natural as the Doghan Daguis evolution itself.
