When we created the first vintage of Le Concierge in 2013, we wanted a straightforward, everyday, go-to red – a sort of Best Western or Holiday Inn of a wine. We took a similar approach with this new wine, and somehow we wound up with a Ritz-Carlton of a red for the same price. Part of it has to do with a stronger vintage, but we also had an expanded selection of wines to work with and blend together into something truly special. Juicy, enjoyable, versatile – this is what most everyday reds at twice the price should taste like, yet so rarely do. Come to think of it, this isn't an everyday red; it's a red you'll want to drink every day.

Tasting Notes

Lush fruits of black raspberry, Michigan cherry and roasted strawberry are beautifully integrated into this structured and well-balanced wine. It only gets better with exposure to air, so decanting is recommended. After just a few minutes in the glass, nicely integrated mocha, plum skin and tomato-leaf characters reveal themselves and enhance the round, smooth sipping experience.
