This is your chance for a wedding day like no other – the one your friends will be secretly jealous they didn't think of for themselves.

You'll tell your kids and grandkids about posing for your photos, Champagne in hand, in front of the Eiffel Tower, by the Seine River and in the romantic interior courtyard of the Louvre. You'll feel like royalty as you ride down the Champs-Élysées in your chauffeur-driven Mercedes, and as the chef comes to your table to chat during the most extravagant dining experience you've ever had.

And if that isn't enough, your wedding date will actually be Feb. 14, Valentine's Day – perfect for remembering your anniversary each year. And who doesn't want to visit, much less get married in, the most romantic city in the world? Whether you're getting hitched for the first time, renewing your vows or just excited at the prospect of wowing your intended with an incredible elopement idea, this is the ultimate wedding package that's as easy to plan as it is impossible to forget.

The Ultimate Paris Wedding Package
Feb. 11-15, 2012

Day 1, Feb. 11: When you arrive in Paris, you'll be met at the airport and driven to your hotel. Your hotel is an award-winning historic boutique property on the Left Bank in Paris's stylish St. Germain area. Each room is exquisitely decorated with plush bedding, marble bathrooms with state-of-the-art showers or tubs, designer accessories and flat-screen televisions. Each room is uniquely decorated so you'll be able to choose between a sleek, modern room and a plush, French classical-style room.

In the afternoon, Wendy Jaeger, owner of Bliss Travels, will take you on a private tour of Paris's most spectacular sights. You'll see the Louvre, Seine River, the Eiffel Tower, the Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens. After your tour, you will be taken to a special gourmet welcome lunch, where you will be able to discuss all of your wedding plans and sightseeing desires as you indulge in a three-course gastronomic lunch prepared by a top Parisian chef at an under-the-radar bistro. Dinner will be at your restaurant of choice, and Wendy will be happy to make recommendations and reservations for any restaurant in Paris.

Day 2, Feb. 12: This morning you'll enjoy a full gourmet breakfast at the hotel, including artisanal breads and pastries, fresh-squeezed juices, perfectly ripened cheeses, meats, eggs, fresh fruits and cereals. Spend the day enjoying Paris. Bliss Travels will work with you in advance to curate a day full of experiences and visiting the places you've always wanted to see.

Day 3, Feb. 13: After another lavish breakfast and morning to relax, you'll be treated to your choice of a wine-and-chocolate pairing class or Champagne tasting at Un Dimanche à Paris, a chocolate store owned by Pierre Cluizel, son of master chocolatier Michel Cluizel. The store is devoted entirely to all things chocolate and contains a chocolate shop, patisserie, bar, restaurant and lounge. The shop also hosts cooking classes and workshops. Alternatively, enjoy a private tasting of wine from Bordeaux and Burgundy. Afterward you'll view your wedding venue for a brief rehearsal, followed by a rehearsal dinner at the restaurant of your choice. Wendy will provide recommendations on restaurants based on your personal food preferences, as well as make reservations.

Later, you'll get to participate in the most romantic tradition in Paris: As you stroll the Pont des Arts, the subject of paintings by the likes of Renoir, you will become part of that tradition. Each year, lovers from all over the world step onto this magical bridge and bring with them a lock, symbolizing their commitment to each other. They inscribe their names and the date and affix it to the metal railings of the bridge. Then they seal their promise by throwing the key into the Seine River.

Day 4, Feb. 14, Valentine's Day: Today is your big day! After your ceremony there will be a bottle of Veuve Clicquot ready for your Champagne toast. You'll be whisked off in a Mercedes for your wedding photos, with some of Paris's most spectacular sights in the background. Have your photos taken at the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, Notre Dame, by French cafés, on winding romantic Left Bank streets.

Your dinner tonight will be a custom-designed multicourse tasting menu at your choice of several Michelin-starred restaurants. The menu will be paired with fabulous wines chosen especially for you by the head sommelier, with dishes prepared by one of Paris's top chefs. Your likes and dislikes will be honored. Your menu might look like this:

Amuse-bouche: wild salmon from the Adour, carpaccio style, with a lemon crème and osetra caviar, garnished with capers.

Baby vegetables, raised by a local farmer, in a crunchy salad with pancetta pieces and fresh herbs, topped with a tomato marmalade.

Foie gras, grilled in a terrine with a walnut gelée, cherries from the Pyrenees and fresh verbena.

Scottish langoustine, roasted and served with a Parmesan foam and an emulsion of taggiasche olives and beans.

Rouget from the rocks of St. Jean de Luz, with eggplant caviar, grilled Japanese eggplant and a chive-and-coriander reduction.

Wood-fired beef, with a confit of shallots and potatoes in a emulsion of béarnaise.

Sorbet of cassis with meringue, along with vanilla-scented mascarpone cream and crystallized violets.

Mocha ice cream accompanied by a chocolate cream from New Guinea and a pecan nougat and Greek yogurt.

Day 5, February 15: After a leisurely breakfast, you'll check out of the hotel and be driven to the airport for your flight back to the U.S.

Friends and family can join you in Paris for your special day. Four nights' luxury lodging, breakfasts, airport transfers and transport to/from the wedding, plus the tasting-menu dinner and wines on the wedding night (with transport and photographs) will cost approximately $3,200 per additional person, based on double occupancy. Extra participants can be arranged directly with Bliss Travels.

Pre-Wedding Preparation
Immediately after purchase, Wendy Jaeger, owner of Bliss Travels, will contact you to begin your wedding consultation. At this time she'll gather more information from you to further customize this trip with your restaurant and wedding venue selections, and to make your final arrangements.

For the wedding ceremony, you can choose from some of the most romantic wedding venues in Paris, such as an 18th-century salon, a vaulted wine cellar, a candle-lit tasting room, a private Parisian apartment or the wood-paneled salon at Laduree's, a famous French café and restaurant.

Upon purchase, professional photographer Anthony Bianciella will also contact you to determine what special photography and album(s) you may desire. Along with wedding photos this package includes a photography consultation.

Upon purchase, Mary Dougherty, owner of Nicole Miller Philadelphia, will contact you for your pre-trip consultation. This package includes a $1,000 credit toward any designer wedding dress or other Nicole Miller Philadelphia items of your choice.

Getting There
Flights are not included, but Bliss Travels can help you make flight arrangements for an additional cost. Or you may choose to book directly with an airline. The nonstop flight time from the East Coast to Paris (CDG) is approximately seven hours, and approximately 10 hours from major West Coast airports.
