BY ACCEPTING THE RULES SET OUT BELOW, YOU ARE PROVIDNG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO LOT18 ALONE, WHICH IS STRICTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROMOTION.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of the State of California), and who is at least 21 years of age or older on the date of entry. The prize is personal to the selected winner and is not assignable to any other person or entity. Employees, officers, directors and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of L18 Holdings, Inc. are not eligible to participate. Also not eligible are all employees, officer, directors of alcoholic beverage retailers, wholesalers or suppliers, and their spouses, immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, legal representatives, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their web site providers/web masters.

Duration: Entries for the Contest will be accepted beginning Monday, February 20, 2012 at 12:01pm ET and must be submitted no later than 11:59pm ET Sunday, February 26, 2012 (the "Entry Period").
How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants must ‘Like’ Lot18 on Facebook (www.facebook.com/lot18wines) and complete the contest entry form. Entry form requires that entrants submit their name, email address, country, state, and agree to the Official Rules/Terms and Conditions. After completing the entry form, entrants can secure one (1) additional entry if they can successfully get one (1) other person to sign up for the contest. One (1) winner will be selected randomly. You must be a member of Lot18 to be eligible to win. Membership in Lot18 is free. Only one entry will be accepted per person for the duration of the entry period.
Multiple entries emanating from the same Facebook® account/email address will void both entries. Incomplete, invalid, or untimely information provided in entries will void the entry. L18 Holdings, Inc. respects your privacy and information you provide will be subject to its Privacy Policy (which can accessed at: http://www.lot18.com/privacy). Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Limitation on the Number of Entries: Only one entry per person is allowed during the Contest entry period. Each completed entry form qualifies as one entry respectively. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
Prize(s):
One (1) five-hundred dollar ($500) Lot18 credit. ARV of the prize is five-hundred dollars ($500).
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected based on all eligible entries that were submitted during the Entry Period. On or before, March 1, 2012, Lot18 will select one (1) winning entry at random. Winner will be notified via email. The winner will be instructed to sign and return an attached Affidavit of Eligibility (see details below). Entrant will have five (5) business days to return the signed Affidavit to Lot18. Prize will be delivered in the form of Lot18 credit deposited in the winner’s Lot18 account shipped by Robinson’s Prime Reserve within 4-6 weeks of receipt of Affidavit of Eligibility. All decisions by Lot18 in relation to the contest are final and binding.
Affidavit of Eligibility: The Affidavit of Eligibility will require verification of residency, a street address (no P.O. Box addresses will be accepted), and a copy via fax or .PDF of valid state or federal-issued identification for proof of age.
The Affidavit of Eligibility will also contain a release that includes a limitation of liability releasing L18 Holdings, Inc. from any and all liability and/or claims resulting from any accident or incident that occurs as a result of participation in the Contest, either directly or indirectly.
Selection of Alternate Winner: If the email is undeliverable at the address provided, the winner fails to respond during the allotted period, the winner fails to provide the Affidavit of Eligibility, to execute the release therein, or to provide verification of age within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The original prizewinner will forfeit all rights and have no further rights to any prize nor any claims against L18 Holdings, Inc., including their respective subsidiaries or affiliates, based on the forfeiture of their winnings.
Winner Announcement and Official Rules: The winner’s names and State of Residence will be posted on the Lot18 website, www.lot18.com. The winner’s names and/or a printed copy of these Official Rules may also be acquired by sending a request to Lot18 via email to sweeps@lot18.com, or by regular mail at: L18 Holdings, Inc., 6 E. 32nd St, 6th Fl., New York, NY 10016, ATT: Sweeps.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be based on the number of entries received.
Prize Limitations: Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Publicity Release: Where permitted by law, winner grants to L18 Holdings, Inc. and their affiliates and those acting pursuant to their authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winners’ name and the identity of his/her state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes, for a limited period, without additional consideration.
Taxes: The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
L18 Holdings, Inc. shall not be liable for technical, pictorial or typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein, and may correct such errors at any time.
