We strongly recommend that you use a business address whenever possible when shipping wine, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. Our vendors cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping eligibility for products vary from offer to offer based on the licenses possessed by and shipping policies of producers and vendors. In general, you can filter the site according to shipping eligibility using the state-picker tool at the top of the page.
In the top right-hand corner, the My Account area of the website allows you to change your preferences, organize billing and shipping address information in Address Management, view order history and tracking information, and keep track of when your Lot18 credits expire.
Wine orders will typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within two to three days of purchase and will take anywhere from two to 10 days to arrive depending on the product's origin and destination. Golden State Overnight (GSO) will be used where available. The ability to request an alternate shipping date during checkout is available for wine products.
