Tim and Stephanie Busch established Trinitas Cellars in 2002 to honor the connections among sun, soil and humanity. Winemaker Kevin Mills, formerly of Peju Province Winery, joined Trinitas Cellars in January 2007 and convinced the team to produce Moscato from vineyards in Central California in 2010, a year with a cool and lengthy growing season.
The result is simply sumptuous. The beauty of Moscato is its balance of spritz and alcohol, with just a hint of sweetness.

The 2010 Trinitas California Moscato offers a whiff of apricot and honey blossoms from the glass, and a train of bubbles gliding pleasantly across the tongue. This is an absolutely delightful wine that reminds me of peach-picking as a child.
