Tasting Note
Floral aromas such as violet and hints of balsamic define the nose. On the palate, soft, juicy tannins and bountiful red currant and cranberry fruit are balanced by acidity and spicy, sweet, earthy and floral flavors. This red is beautifully structured, with a long, gentle finish of red fruit. Enjoy this with game, roasted herb-chicken and mature cheeses through 2016.
